FOR OUR UNDOCUMENTED COMRADES AND THEIR ALLIES

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS: Click HERE for our Know Your Rights flyer and how to prepare for a potential raid.

ACLU: Regardless of your immigration status, you have guaranteed rights under the Constitution. Learn more here about your rights as an immigrant, and how to express them. The American Civil Liberties Union have put together a comprehensive guide, including answers to many of your questions. Click HERE to learn more.

RED CARDS: All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the country’s constitution. The ILRC’s Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home. If you’re an allied organization looking to obtain a stack to hand out, you can find them HERE.
