ICE TERRORISTS MURDER LEGAL OBSERVER: In A Declaration Of War Against Fascist Opposition, ICE Terrorists Murder A Legal Observer

A summary execution in broad daylight echoes of the genocide in Palestine…

Early this morning, ICE terror forces shot and killed a legal observer during a so-called enforcement operation that has resulted in the kidnapping of more than 1,000 residents in Minneapolis, MN. DHS and ICE released a statement shortly after claiming that the legal observer had attempted to run agents over with a vehicle. Video evidence released shortly after exposed that statement as a blatant lie.

Footage from multiple angles show a chaotic scene in which the victim was given conflicting commands by armed ICE terrorists. As she began to drive away from them, she was shot point blank in the head by an ICE insurgent. Renee Nicole Good, mother of three children, was killed instantly.

This murder did not happen in a vacuum. ICE and DHS operate within a global system of militarized policing. It is well-documented that this country’s “law enforcement” agencies, including ICE, have participated in joint trainings, exchanges, and tactical programs with the genocidal israeli occupation forces. The result is a shared doctrine: dehumanization, escalation, and the normalization of lethal force against civilians and observers alike. The tactics used today in Minneapolis mirror those used daily against Palestinians under occupation and genocide.

We’ll state this very clearly: we will not accept this level of violent incursion in our communities. What happened in Minneapolis today is a warning to all of us. Legal observers are meant to protect basic rights and ensure some kind of accountability. When they are targeted and killed, the message from the state is unmistakable.

ULFP stands in full solidarity with the people of Minneapolis and all those resisting this violence. We affirm the right of communities to defend their dignity, their safety, and their futures against militarized repression. It is our duty to shake off this oppression.

Silence is not an option and we will not be intimidated. The time to rise and resist is now.
