Imam Marcellus “Khaliifah Ibn Rayford” Williams, a 55 year old Missouri prisoner who has been on death row for the past twenty years for crimes he did not commit, was killed moments ago by the Imperial Core’s injustice system.

Marcellus, who began writing poetry at 14, used his talent to speak on his experiences behind bars. With his words, he allowed himself to escape the confines of a physical prison that wrongfully kept him confined.

Despite overwhelming evidence of his innocence, the state’s own prosecution calling for his death sentence to be delayed—and the victim’s own family recognizing this as an injustice, the Missouri Supreme Court went forward, with its governor’s blessing and under the watchful eye of the Biden-Harris regime, and executed Marcellus Williams.

We honor and remember Imam Marcellus Williams for his kind heart, his resilience in the face of oppression, and his steadfastness as he held onto hope that he would one day be free. We see in him the resilience of our Palestinian brothers and sisters in Zionist prisons, subject to the same torment and uncertainty of seeing a day in which they are also liberated.

May we witness the day our people, Black and Palestinian, live in total emancipation. May we recall Marcellus “Khaliifah Ibn Rayford” Williams’ name at the hour of our inevitable liberation. May we witness the righteous reckoning against those who facilitated his murder in this life and the next.

Glory to our martyrs.
